Technologies Marco Prive offers LIFAIO App and Seal LIFAIO to individuals and organizations according to their needs. This website presents the services; account creation, verification and payments take place in the relevant applications. Any terms specific to an offer must be presented before subscription.
2. Geographic availability
LIFAIO App is active in Canada, the United States, the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Seal LIFAIO is active in those territories as well as South Korea and Japan. The languages offered do not imply availability in every country where those languages are spoken.
3. Accounts and responsible use
You must have the capacity required to subscribe to the service and, if acting for an organization, authority to represent it. Information you provide must be accurate. Protect your credentials and report unauthorized access.
Unlawful uses, impersonation, malicious code, infringement of third-party rights and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited. Access restrictions may be needed to protect users and service security, subject to applicable legal obligations.
4. What the tools verify
LIFAIO App helps you look up product and recall information. Consult official sources and labeling when making safety decisions. A result or comparison certificate is not an inspection or a guarantee that a product is safe.
Seal provides verifiable evidence showing who sealed something, for what purpose and when. A seal does not determine whether content is true. Seal Effacement destroys a key so that the file concerned no longer reveals the identity, with an attestation and without deleting rows. This does not guarantee deletion of independent copies or data outside that mechanism.
5. Plans and pricing
All prices are in USD. LIFAIO App offers free access and paid subscriptions. The listed App verification fee is 5 USD; fees applicable to your chosen process must be shown before payment. Merchants pay the standard subscription of 3,50 USD per month, with no additional business subscription. Credit packs are paid.
Seal demo mode charges only for verification: 35 USD for an organization, or 10 USD for an individual or artist without representation. Modules and subscriptions are detailed in the pricing table. Amounts due and applicable taxes must be summarized before confirmation.
6. Payment, renewal and access
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are charged at signup and renew monthly or annually according to your choice, until you cancel renewal. For a monthly plan with verification, verification is charged with the first month. In Seal demo mode, only verification is charged.
Access to services requiring verification opens immediately after verification succeeds. This does not mean verification itself is instantaneous. See the cancellation and refund policy for verification fees and requests to correct a payment.
After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period, without a prorated refund unless mandatory rights apply. If verification fails or is refused, a refund of verification fees and any subscription payment collected is initiated immediately. When the credit appears depends on the payment method.
7. Data and external content
The privacy policy and the cookie policy describe data processing on the public website. Content and services reached through external links are also subject to their own terms.
8. Limitations and applicable rights
Information may be incomplete or become outdated, and continuous availability is not guaranteed. These statements do not remove any applicable mandatory warranty, liability or protection. Nothing in these terms should be interpreted as depriving consumers of remedies or access to courts granted by law.
