LIFAIO™1. Payment and renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe in USD. You are charged when you subscribe, then monthly or annually according to your chosen plan, until you cancel renewal. LIFAIO App’s free plan is not a paid seven-day trial. Seal’s demo mode requires payment for verification only, with no demo subscription.
2. Verification fees
Verification costs 5 USD for LIFAIO App, 35 USD for a Seal organization, and 10 USD for a Seal individual or artist without representation. Applicable charges are shown before payment. For a monthly plan, verification is charged with the first month. For Seal’s demo mode, only verification is charged.
Our policy provides that fees for a verification service that has actually been performed, after express acceptance of its performance, are non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise. This does not automatically make an entire subscription non-refundable, and does not cover a service that was not performed or an incorrect charge.
Where a right of withdrawal applies, any conditions required to limit that right must be met during the contracting process. Payment or general acceptance of the terms does not, by itself, waive all refund rights.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can stop renewal using the subscription management options available in the service or by emailing info@lifaio.com. Include the service, your account email address and, if available, the payment reference. Do not send your full card number or password.
Cancelling your subscription stops renewal. You retain access until the end of the monthly or annual period already paid for, with no refund for the unused portion unless mandatory rights apply. Voluntarily deleting your account is a separate action that ends access to it.
4. Payment errors, failed verification or access problems
Contact us about duplicate charges, disputed payments or access problems. We will review your request and make any correction or refund due under the circumstances and applicable law. If verification fails or is refused, a refund of the amounts charged for that subscription, including verification fees and any subscription payment, is initiated immediately. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your payment method then depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
5. Your rights
This policy does not exclude any rights of withdrawal, cancellation, refund or dispute granted by applicable law. Stopping renewal, deleting an account and requesting a refund are separate actions.
