Prices
All prices are in US dollars (USD), excluding taxes. Applicable taxes are added at Stripe checkout. Verification costs 10 USD for individuals and unrepresented artists, or 35 USD for organizations. Demo mode requires only the verification fee. Pricing.
Payment and service use
Stripe is the sole payment provider. You can choose from the payment methods shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions are charged when you subscribe and renew monthly or annually, according to your choice, until you cancel. Access begins immediately after successful verification; the verification process itself is not necessarily instantaneous.
Cancellation and Refund
Use the “Annuler mon abonnement” (Cancel my subscription) button in your account to cancel. Access continues until the paid period ends, with no prorated refund as a general rule. If verification fails or is refused, we immediately initiate a refund of the verification fee and any prepaid subscription fee for that application. A successfully completed verification service, performed with your express consent, is generally non-refundable. Rights under applicable law remain protected.
Account deletion
You can delete it directly with the « Effacer mes données » (Delete my data) button in your personal or organization account. No email application or separate approval is required. Deletion will terminate access to your account.
LIFAIO charges no additional fees beyond the service price, verification fees and applicable taxes. Stripe fees for a merchant’s direct sales through their own Stripe account are separate and are payable by the merchant under their agreement with Stripe.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Credit cards and other available payment methods are offered at checkout depending on the country. Review the options actually displayed before confirming your payment.
