Delete your account immediately

You can delete your account directly in LIFAIO App or Seal LIFAIO. You do not need to email a request or obtain our team’s approval.

LIFAIO App: use “Supprimer mon compte” (Delete my account) in your account. Deletion is immediate.
Seal LIFAIO: deletion is available in both the individual and organization spaces. It is free of charge: the subscription is cancelled with Stripe, then the account record is deleted. Only anonymous counters remain in the service.

Deletion is irreversible and ends access to the account. It is separate from cancelling renewal, which preserves access until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for information about payments.

If you can no longer access your account

Email info@lifaio.com with the service name and your account email address. Do not send a password or identity document in your first message. We will explain the steps needed to verify your request and help you.

Data rights requests by email

For other requests concerning your data, including access, correction or portability, email info@lifaio.com.

We commit to responding to your request without undue delay and no later than 10 calendar days after receiving it, or sooner where applicable law requires. This is our service commitment, not a legal deadline that is identical in every country. An acknowledgement of receipt does not replace a response to your request.

We carry out necessary identity checks proportionately. If the law exceptionally allows more time to process a request, we will explain the reasons and applicable deadline within those 10 days, or any shorter legal deadline. An extension is not automatic. If we refuse a request, we provide the reasons and information about remedies required by law.

The 10-day response period applies to requests received by email. It is not a waiting period for deleting your account: self-service deletion is immediate. You can contact us if you have trouble accessing your account or wish to exercise a right that cannot be fulfilled through your account.

Scope

Deleting your record in our applications does not mean that payment records held separately by a provider are deleted at the same time. Legal retention requirements for those records remain separate. Seal Effacement is also a separate mechanism: it prevents identity from being revealed from the file concerned by destroying a key.
