Make invoices verifiable before payment. Each invoice carries a short Seal code. Your customer types seal.lifaio.com/doc, enters the code and selects the received file. It is checked in their browser, never uploaded. The result states: authentic, does not match, cancelled, replaced, expired or unknown code.
Open a fileAnti-phishing for the emails you send. Each email carries a code your customer verifies on seal.lifaio.com without following a link. The code proves who sent it, to whom and when, and can be verified once. An optional check in the customer's browser compares the email's origin with your verified domains.
