Payment methods
Stripe is the sole payment provider. You can choose from the payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment timing and recurring billing
Paid plans are charged when you subscribe and renew monthly or annually, according to your choice, until you cancel. With monthly billing, the first month and verification fee are charged together initially. Demo mode requires only the verification fee.
When access begins
You can use the service immediately after passing the required verification. This does not mean that the verification process itself is instantaneous.
Cancellation
After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period. There are no prorated refunds, without limiting rights under mandatory applicable law. Use the “Annuler mon abonnement” (Cancel my subscription) button in your account to cancel.
Verification fees and refunds
If the verification service is performed based on your explicit consent and the verification is successful, the verification fee is generally non-refundable. If the verification is unsuccessful or rejected, we will immediately begin refunding the verification fee and prepaid usage fee for the application. The time it will be reflected in your account will depend on the payment institution. Legal rights are protected.
Account deletion
Use the “Effacer mes données” (Erase my data) button in your personal or organization space in Seal to delete your data directly. No email request is needed. Deletion ends access to your account and is different from cancelling renewal.
LIFAIO charges no additional fees beyond the service price, verification fees and applicable taxes. Stripe fees for a merchant’s direct sales through their own Stripe account are separate and are payable by the merchant under their agreement with Stripe.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Credit cards and other available payment methods are offered at checkout depending on the country. Review the options actually displayed before confirming your payment.
