We never republish flyer documents or photos of flyers: facts (items, prices, dates) are free information, the flyer itself is a protected document. The “Where to buy what” comparator is built only from these openly published prices — no scraping, no hidden sources, no promise of completeness.

• Business verification is automatic (no manual approval): activation code sent to an email address at the business’s official website domain, or dictated by automated phone call to the business’s listed number
• The commitment: published offers must be exclusive to LIFAIO or better than your public offer — about 1 exclusive out of every 5 published offers per month
• Sanctions only ever suspend the publishing privilege — never the subscription you paid for

Everything above, plus proof:

• Verification certificates: a dated document listing the products checked and the database consulted, printable/PDF, with its scope and limits printed on the document itself. LIFAIO keeps NO copy — your certificate is yours alone.
• CSV import (thousands of references, column mapping, preview, names resolved by barcode)
• Allergen breakdown of your inventory and per-dish allergen sheets (14 regulated allergens, PRESENT / not detected with per-product provenance). Applies to PRODUCTS only, never to people — zero health data is processed.

Member wants to KNOW. Pro needs to PROVE — when the inspector asks, Pro produces the record.
